I opted for the car and using the car adapter instead of batteries. It wasn't too bad. I used my nursing cover and had parked in a corner.

If the parking lot is accessible, I would use that. I've done it and just sat in the back seat.

However, I know some conferences, the parking lot can be a 15 minute walk away so I have had to pump in a bathroom stall before. I just make sure to get a handicap stall so I can have a sink to wash stuff.

I voted car, but I've been to dozens of different places for trainings and meetings while pumping. I always asked someone in charge for a place to pump and have been accommodated each time (some places were really nice!) I also have always just said, "Hey I need to pop out for 20 minutes at X time - will I miss anything super important? Is there a better time?" and no one has ever said I shouldn't take the break.

Personally I preferred pumping in the car.

In your car. I actually like to pump in my car. I turn the AC on, and listen to music, etc.

I've pumped in my car before and it actually worked out pretty well for me! I think I'd find that more comfortable than pumping in a bathroom!

the conference organizers might have a mother's room? I'm going to the PA Conference for Women next month and they do have a nursing room.

If that doesn't work I'd pump in the car, like @Mrs Wagon says, with a sun screen.

Could you call the convention Ctr and ask what facility they would recommend for lactating mothers? Maybe they have a small room you could use..

It's not super comfortable but I did ok pumping in the car. I used one of those windshield sun screens to make a little wall around myself!

I have to attend an all day conference tomorrow and will only be able to pump once during the day at lunch (currently pumping 2x/day). I will be at a large convention center so there isn't an office I could use. Should I pump in the stall of a little used public bathroom (running on battery) or my car (in a parking garage running off cigarette lighter). What would you do?
