I've bought from Pottery Barn to Lowes / Home Depot when doing this. </p> <p>I also have bought the bigger curtains and mounted them higher than I originally planned. It makes the room look bigger. I also love the popular look right now of the pooling at the bottom. Then I just get them hemmed to about 102-103”. With a coupon/sale most were reasonably priced - maybe wait for Black Friday/Cyber Monday? Besides IKEA, what stores have you found that have 98 inch or longer curtains for not a billion dollars? Most stores seem to max out at 95 or 96 inches. </p> <p>FWIW we want light filtering, not sheer or black out- basically some privacy at night (but its at the back of the house so not a big issue) and block glare from the TV during certain times of the day. </p>
