I bought one at soma, and it's awesome. I may go down a cup size though, I was slightly engorged when I got fitted.

I got mine at Motherhood Maternity and have been so pleased. They fitted me and got me what I needed.... and I'm a busty girl. They are a good inexpensive option if you have one near you. I'm 10 months pp are mine are still holding up great.

Nordstrom will alter, as PPs have mentioned, but beware of underwire. Some Nordstroms (especially a really good one, like at the Natick Mall) have nursing bras.

You may want to google your area to see if there is a BFing center or baby store with a good bra selection (I imagine there would be somewhere higher-end like the Back Bay...).

I HIGHLY recommend the Bravado bras - either the Body Silk Seamless (less support, but super comfy) or the Bliss (structured, great for work). You can buy them both on Amazon, and the sizes run very true in my experience. They are $$$, but well worth it, and very comparable to what you will find at Nordstrom.

I've heard Nordstrom is a great place for nursing bras. I need to stop by there one day. In the meantime, I've purchased all mine from Target because they're cheap.

I haven't had the need for a nursing bra yet, but I do know that Nordstroms will convert any bra into a nursing bra for a nominal fee.

Where did you go to get fitted for and purchase nursing bras?

My size seems to have stabilized, and I only have a few cotton bras from Target that are fine, but certainly not terribly flattering. I'd like to get a couple of good nursing bras since I'll hopefully be wearing them for another 8 months or so! Seems like I should be properly fitted, though, rather than just guessing and ordering online?
