@Meowkers: A friend uses Le Tote, which seems like Stitch fix with some more options.

Like others, I found a personal shopper and stylist just by other recommendation. I've used her several times for cleaning out my closet, shopping, and an awesome styling session. It takes so much pressure out of shopping and finding things to wear!!

@travellingbee: Usually, you chat with your personal shopper on the phone before your appointment. They will ask what you're looking for, sizes, colors etc. I typically point out that I am a sahm and that if I can't sit on the floor, play in the sand box and paint in it I won't buy it. Some shoppers are better than others but usually they will pull a bunch of different outfits for you and have them ready in the room. You go through and try stuff on and give them feedback as you go. It's really nice to be able to say I love this but the color looks funny on me and have them grab it in a different color or to realize you love a brand of pants and have them tell you there are a bunch of varieties. If something is out of my price range they can occasionally find a similar substitute too.

worse for the wear:). I think the quality of their stuff is pretty good for the money!

Target and Old Navy lately. I'm turning 36 next month. Target is great for a range of sizes. I'm on the heavier side since having LO #2. I'm wearing larger sizes right now, but by summer, will be down in weight, so I have a nice mix of sizes.

A lot of my basics come from Target, Old Navy, JC Penney, and Gap. I also make some of my own skirts, so I'm able to tailor the patterns to fit my body better. I'd like to start sewing some of my own shirts but doing a full bust adjustment scares the crap out of me so I usually stick with t-shirts.

I have this problem too. I feel like it's a combination of luck and stores. Most of my clothes are from stitch fix, evereve (geared specifically for moms in their 20s and 30s), old navy, and LuLaRoe. I feel like even with those it's just luck if I find something I love.

I tend to do Nordstrom, Jcrew, Shopbop, mixed with specific brands or pieces I like that I find randomly, like Vivienne Westwood and BCBG. Mixed with random things from TJMaxx. I used to mix thrift/ consignment to find unique high quality things in there but I don't have the time! Pregnant it is Asos and HandM.

@Meowkers: I'm no help but I share your frustration with the loos, billowy clothes. I booked time with a personal shopper at Nordstrom before I went back to work after baby #2. Even she couldn't find any tops for me. Totally stumped. I loved the pants and the experience though.

@Pumpkin Pie: Those Kendyl shirts and really anything I've gotten from there has been good. I was skeptical at first, but I even wash those Kendyl shirts in the washing machine and hang them to dry and they're all still completely fine! I have the spaghetti strap version in several colors as well and they've all been great. And that's coming from someone who hates to buy clothes from Target or places like that because I feel like it won't last very long or wash well and I'm better off just paying more for something really nice.

My wardrobe is almost exclusively loft for work (which is super casual) but I've been adding lands end pieces that I like. I also like Nordstrom rack-I have a few great work blouses from there. I totally do the athleisure look outside of work-jeans, a t-shirt from target, and sometimes a baseball cap. It's about as casual as is possible LOL

I'm 32, and shop mainly online at places that sell tall sizes: Old Navy, Gap, The Limited. I'll shop designer jeans (for length) and occasionally tops, sometimes dresses, at Nordstrom. Sleeve length and pant length are difficult for me, so I'm pretty limited.
