They will ask what you're looking for, sizes, colors etc. I typically point out that I am a sahm and that if I can't sit on the floor, play in the sand box and paint in it I won't buy it. Some shoppers are better than others but usually they will pull a bunch of different outfits for you and have them ready in the room. You go through and try stuff on and give them feedback as you go. It's really nice to be able to say I love this but the color looks funny on me and have them grab it in a different color or to realize you love a brand of pants and have them tell you there are a bunch of varieties.
