My FL HS prom was at a vintage/ antique dealership and museum. The building had 4 or 5 floors and there was a different DJ on each floor. It was... fine. Nicer than a gym but not exactly swank. My ex's prom for his school....... I can't remember! Pretty sure it was at a different party center. I don't think it was at his high school or a hotel. So must have been a party center. We had a "leavers party" in a local car-factory's social club. It was a miniskirt-and-bottle-of-peach-snapps-in-the-carpark kind of affair rather than a limo and ballgown thing!
