However, my parents have a few and they have worked out surprisingly well for our family. They are all within driving distance from our home, they are on good weeks (one is Memorial Day, one is Labor Day), and they are in popular locations. Because of that, they are pretty easy for us to use, but also easy to trade or rent out.
