I'm not sure it's worth it, even if we're using miles, we still have to pay airport fees and taxes, so it's not free (plus there's the cost of accommodations, etc).</p> <p>We'll run the numbers tonight and see. Also there seems to be no public transport really near that location and you'd spend a good hour a day just commuting from your hotel to down-town. What I love about Cologne is that it has a chocolate museum which would be an awesome activity with a 2 yr. old. (you get to try chocolate from a chocolate fountain). Also Düsseldorf and Bonn are only a 30min train ride away so that makes it possible to actually visit 3 cities. </p>
