We meet maybe a few toes a year. My neighbor had a baby 5 months after me so we take walks together but I don't like our kids playing together cuz her son is so rough. Bit my kid right on the face!! Since most people do not have a car here and we congregate at the playgrounds, you run into the same people over and over again.</p> <p>When it comes to making parent friends, distance is really the greatest factor.
