Burts bees baby has a lot of stuff that works either way in the boy section. I also found some great sleepers in the boys section at Gymboree. At Target, Cloud Island is almost all gender neutral and its super soft, Cat & Jack also had a couple options. Primary seems to run a little small for their baby stuff (don't find the same to be true for kids) so I might order up a size, but the fabric is very soft and doesn't get pilly. DD2 was growing out of her 9 month Primary about the same time as 6 month everything else (both length & width). I knew I was having a boy but I got mostly this stuff, and def got some rainbow stripe leggings and bunny/lemon/etc prints that were intended for girls but he looked awesome in. I order from there for my 2yo and really happy with the quality. I have not tried any of their layette. Some of Hanna Anderrson prints and stripes are neutral too, they are having a good sale today plus Ebates. The first time we were team green I did not do Hanna but I have picked up some neutral items this time around since the quality is so high and we do hope to have a third. Honestly I end up shopping online a lot in the early days so I found I only needed gender neutral for a week or so (multiple outfits a day). Even the clothes in the gender neutral sections look less neutral to me (frills and flowers/blues and bold trims).
