The muslin ones are better for a good snug swaddle, as others have said. We ended up not swaddling with A&amp;A blankets - we use velcro swaddlers/sleepsacks - so the bamboo ones get more use as regular blankets since they are so nice &amp; soft. I like that they are light and breathable, so I don't worry about draping one over her in the swing or something. They feel so thin (even though they're soft) and I find they sort of stretch out. The bamboo are so soft but fragile. They get pulls all the time and that bugs me. I think there is a pretty big difference and I love the bamboo ones...but they are pricey.
