Toys instrument set, or some of her Little People sets, seem pretty big and obtrusive. At first I was skeptical. It was a gift and it's large! But my son has loved it since day one, and as he gets older, he discovers more he can do with it. You should see him dance when the ABC song comes on. And it has helped his fine motor skills bc it's fun to put the blocks through the slot on the top of the train. I'm generally not a fan of plastic battery-powered toys, but this one is a keeper. My dad bought him a high chair and a Vtech walker for Christmas. We have a playroom, which makes life a lot easier. The only thing in our living area is the playmat. The bouncer is upstairs.
