For sure our younger will surpass his sister soon there about 1.5 years apart and 6 lbs difference. They're both short for their age so I don't think he'll pass her height soon but weight for sure

Definitely DS2 growing faster. My almost 3.5 DS1 is 37" and 29lbs. His 19 mo old bro is 34.5" and 25lbs.

My almost 3 year old is a skinny giant.

It appears DS2 is not planning on following in his brothers footsteps unless he has a growth spurt soon (granted, he's only 6m old). DS1 was 3" taller than DS2 at 6m.

DD is growing faster since she's only 2 months but DS was bigger than she is at the same age. I highly doubt she'll be as big as her older brother.

DS2 is a bigger kid in general. DS1 is 28 lbs and 36 inches at age 3.5. DS2 is 20 lbs and almost 30 inches at 13 months. He's wearing clothes that DS1 wore at 20 months. I think by the time DS2 is 3, they'll be the same size.

It has been uneven. DS grew a ton his first year and DD not so much. DS slowed down significantly his 2nd year, and DD grew a lot! She is still quite a bit shorter/lighter than him at the same ages.

LO2 is definitely growing faster. He almost weighs as much as his older brother and they are 21 months apart!

Both very slow, but DS1 is starting to outgrow some of his current clothes and maybe moving onto 5T. DS2 is so tiny and wears a mix of 18m and 2T at 26 months. At least my kids stay in the same size for a long time, maximizing the life of their clothes.

LO 2! But I think a lot of LO 1's clothes got smaller....A lot of our Old Navy & carters stuff isn't true to size and shrinks after a few washes.

Yep! Lo2 is 17 months & fitting in 18 month pants & 2T shirts. Lo1 is 3.5yrs and JUST switched to 3T pants and is still wearing 2T shirts. And they're in the same size of diaper (size 5).

Lo2 is just a solid chunk. Lo1 is, well, not.

We joke all the time that we'll have to start buying lo2 new clothes and lo1 will wear his hand me downs 😂

DS1 so far grew way faster than DS2.

DS1 was almost 3" taller than DS2 at the same age. DS2 is only 6m old though, so he definitely has time to catch up!

My second started out super chunky and was gaining like gangbusters the first two months, but has since slowed down a lot. Her growth rate is now comparable to LO1s, but she's still bigger from those first two months. I think LO 1 was 11.1 lbs at 3 months and LO 2 was 12 lbs even.

So not a huge difference, but it shows.

I'm in shock! I just put my 21 month old in my 4 year old's 3T shirt... and it fit! My oldest is so petite, but my youngest is such a chunk that they're almost wearing the same size in everything. When my oldest was 21 months, she was still wearing 18 month clothes! Craziness!

Is your youngest growing faster than your older(est) child did?
