I would say the #1 is "First you take a turn, then I get it back." LO says that to herself under her breath pretty much any time we are playing with other kids. &lt;3</p> <p>Close second would be, "If you feel so mad that you want to roar, take a deep breath, and count to four." LO does the whole thing exactly like Daniel and it works a lot of the time!</p> <p>The potty training episode is great, too, and LO is always saying, "Stop and go right away!" But I feel like she would have done well with potty training without it. The other two really have been game changers. When my son turned 3 he was having some serious tantrums when he got upset so that was REALLY helpful to use to help him calm down. There are so many episodes that have been helpful for LO! I think the most helpful one was the one about how parents/grownups always come back. LO has rough transitions into new classrooms at school, and that little “grownups always come back” mantra helped her so much. Also, the frustration one recently has been a constant helper in our house. Instead of getting angry and screaming, she’ll actually take a deep breath and count to 4 and ask for help. She loved it! But I had no idea there was a potty training episode til a friend told me and I swear it flipped the switch. She had been struggling to actually go in the potty and all of a sudden, boom. Pee trained. Probably a coincidence but whatever ;) </p>
