I mostly use Earth's Best now since I can get them on S&amp;S but will mix in the others once in awhile. I love the higher back WITH ELASTIC. I think overall Pampers is used more in hospitals, which I think plays a lot into why it's more popular. Most parents just stick with it. I did research of my own on disposables beforehand, based on leakage, comfort and price and had decided I would use Huggies. My hospital had pampers and I wasn't a fan of the fit on my LO. They gave me a few packs and I didn't even use it! And when I was visiting family my nephew used Pampers so I just used that for my daughter for like four days. She developed a really bad rash reaction to it. Switched to pampers baby dry as she got bigger and her skin was less sensitive, because they are a little cheaper. Earth's Best is my fav and what we use 95% of the time.
