And at 12 months moved to the size 4 overnights (they are great). Why not use cloth at night? The only thing that really helps these rashes is hydrocortisone. I don't want to use that constantly, and it's not enough for an entire night. LO sleeps 10-12 hours at night and doesn't get changed at all. We were having great luck with Pampers, but the Cruisers gave LO a Brett bad contact rash. Now the Swaddlers are doing the same, though its not so bad. Plus, she will eventually outgrow Swaddlers. Any ideas? </p>
