So I'd have to say a shot, since sometimes I can get a little muscle soreness from that. And especially when they have to collect more than one tube, and I can feel it jiggling as they change them -- ugh! The line went from a vein in my upper arm through to a larger vein in my chest, over 20 inches long. Now they do her bloodwork at the Children's Hospital, where they apparently do a better job.
