One of our doubles is the Joovy Caboose. I like it because it can take an infant seat and in the back the older LO can sit or stand. It's perfect for indoors or sidewalks. I don't like how it handles outside like in grass or on trails.

it really depends on your lifestyle, but the city mini double is pretty universally loved. i vastly prefer side by side over tandem doubles.

We're expecting #2 March 2016, and DS will be 32 months then. We wanted to have more than 1 kid when we went stroller shopping the first go round so we opted for the City Select. It was a bit bulky for us and a deal came up for the Chicco Liteway, which is our daily driver.

However, I do love the way the City Select maneuvers and handles the rougher terrains so I'm looking forward to using it when LO#2 arrives. Like I said, it is a bit bulky/heavy so that aspect will suck!

I live in the burbs so I didn't want a side by side or extra long double, if possible. The City Select seemed like the best option since it can be used as a single or a double on the same frame.

I'm curious to hear what people have to say as well. DS will be 2 years 4 months when the baby arrives, and we've already been using his stroller less and less because he likes to be Mr Independent and walk. I will def need a double, but I don't want to spend a ton of money on it in case we're not using it for very long.

Obviously we aren't there yet, but I can tell you my plan (and bump this). We have an ub vista, still in the city. So I got the rumble seat and buggy board and hope that will be good enough.

I figure if this baby is anything like C was, and this winter, god help me, is anything like last winter, I will just wear the baby for the first few weeks or months anyway and use the stroller as a single, or have C walk if it's too snowy for the stroller. Then we will use our vista as a double. I also have a mountain buggy nano that I can attach the infant seat to or use for the toddler and wear the baby, which is my plan for any time we are taking the car.

Hoping that works out because I don't want to buy another stroller! We also have a snap and go base but I probably won't really use that unless Dh and I are both going somewhere and we want that for the baby and the mb nano for the toddler.

Expecting #2 in Dec. DS will be 2.5. We have a small car (Honda Civic) and use stroller for walking around our neighborhood as well as for travel. What double stroller do you have? Why do you love about it? Hate? Any recs for our situation? Besides our umbrella and used BOB, we had a hand me down snap and go and Graco for DS as well as a car seat. So I feel like we're starting from scratch here-infant car seat included!
