The second doesn't look to be made as nicely, the way it fits under the arms bugs me a bit. One thing to think about though is that if she isn't waking yet she will have a really hard time navigating these dresses, I think that's why a lot of young toddler "dresses" seem more like swingy shirts with bloomers. No matter what though you have some great choices!
