I thought it just tasted like McDonalds orange concentrate that someone didn't put enough water in. Second time it was unflavoured. I loved it and I'm extremely picky. It got hard to swallow by the end of it though, too much sweetness. They keep them in a little mini fridge at the area where you get weighed and your BP taken.
