&#60;p&#62;I always use the lowest/smallest number, because I figure that's the safest one to use. If I actually burned more calories, I'll see that with additional loss at the end of the week. If not, I'm still sticking to my plan.

<description>&#60;p&#62;So, went for a jog/walk with my heart rate monitor for the first time today..... and it told me I burned 1118 calories. Yeah, highly doubtful. Although, my heart rate does run pretty high due to a heart condition I have. My normal resting heart rate is over 100. It has a chest strap, so it's contiuously taking my heart rate every 10 seconds. Realistically, at a brisk walk my heart rate sits around 180.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;MapMyRun says 569 calories. MFP says 447. The calculator on Runners World says 561.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Trying to figure out what to log. :/ Im thinking the MapMyRun number is probably the most accurate since it factors in elevation, etc and my heart rate monitor is on crack.
