Sawyer also napped in it most of the time so he was near me all the time. The mobile is inconvenient, the sound/vibrator thing isn't powerful enough and I ended up just always bringing LO to his room for changing. The nursery is 10 steps from the family room. Our house is one level and we won't be traveling anytime soon (plus my mom has one). I'm not sure if we are going to have her sleep in here or in her nursery. Our bed takes up most of the width of the room so she would have to sleep at the foot of our bed. For the newborn months, we borrowed my sister's arms reach cosleeper. When we travel, we use our baby bjorn travel crib, which is amazingly easy to set up. We'll probably use this as our only bassinet for the beginning, before crib. </p>
