We got it for DD when she was a little over one and she played with it. Now that she is three and DS is one we are using it again! You can put a thing in the floor so that a little baby can ride in it, but then when they get older they can push it around. But she's usually happy and content in there because we're walking so she has lots to see. Maybe because we got the wagon after we had our second but I feel like the wagon is more fun with 2 kids. We love it though. I really want a wagon, but there's no way my son is going to just sit in a wagon at this point. He cannot sit still for anything with nothing there for him to do. He got that Schwinn bike for his birthday, though, and thinks he's pretty bad steering his bike around. He wants to participate with the bigger kids, and the bike let's him do that. </p> <p>I also think it depends on what all you'd like to be able to use the ride-on for. My friend's 15 month old came over and was also obsessed and thrilled with it, even though he's a little peanut and his feet barely reached the ground and his dad had to help him push it.
