I was one of the very lucky few that experienced no morning sickness and very little fatigue. The only issue I had was a growing waistline. Now I'm in my 23w and am getting more lower back pain and fatigue. First trimester? Barely functional zombie - I never threw up but only could eat mac &amp; cheese, peanut butter crackers, yogurt, and mint gum. I was not sick during the first but I just felt a general sense of malaise and exhaustion that didn't let up until about 12 or so weeks. And the unending nausea... I hear so much about the morning sickness, fatigue, and general sense of not feeling so great during the first trimester, and then so much of the being unable to sleep, feeling uncomfortable, having heartburn, etc., during the third trimester but it seems like the second trimester tends to be smooth sailing for the most part? What has been your experience? </p>
