The first type is Benadryl basically. But when I bought the unisom there were different types with different active ingredients. Does it matter which I take? I have the sleep gels that are diphenhydramine. The other had doxy- something. Are they essentially the same or is only one recommended?<br /> Plane travel has really kicked the morning sickness Into high fear so I think I'm ready to try it! </p>
