<description>&#60;p&#62;I take a fish oil (started it for more energy, then I noticed that it had a positive affect on my mood), 5000 IU of vitamin D (energy and mood), and 450 mg magnesium, which I started during my first trimester for water retention and regularity. Which is the greatest thing ever, folks. I add in some iron and vitamin C when I feel sluggish. I really notice a difference when I skip any of it.

Lack of oversight makes it hard to figure out which ones are truly legit.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I take 5000mg of vitamin d because I'm severely deficient, as are most people in new york probably! Also a b complex because I'm very deficient in that according to a recent physical. My doctor (who likes homeopathic remedies) also suggested Ashwagandha for my fatigue. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;What do you take and why? Can you tell the difference when you take them?
