After that i just didnt offer bottles anymore. He took another couple months to master the straw cup, but once he did we got rid of sippy cups completely.</p> <p>ETA at 12 months he wasnt drinking from a cup at all and by 13 months he was completely weaned. It took about 2 weeks, and i kept the bedtime bottle because i was scared to put him to bed without it (thinking he would wake up hungry) turns put that was never issue. B can drink from his Zoli without issue, and will happily drink cold milk from it, but he is still super attached to his bottles. He took 8 ounces of milk out of a straw cup today and yesterday. I consider straw a success. We started with water and transitioned to milk. I think we gave breastmilk in the straw cup a few times. But usually it was just nursing and/or bottles for bmilk.
