Could you just go for a cleaning at the dentist? I know when I had some stains on my front teeth before my wedding (thanks coffee and red wine, getting through planning!) they were able to get rid of the stains without any whitening chemicals. I can't use the white strips- make my already sensitive teeth even more sensitive, and they make your teeth more porous while the are working.
I'd ask your dentist either way. Mine seems to be well versed in what is ok while pregnant.

Look on Pinterest. There was a safe, homemade one to make.

I would really like to whiten my teeth, especially with all the photoshoots in my near future (maternity/birth/newborn), but I'm not sure what is safe during pregnancy. I'm thinking those whitening kits are probably not a good idea, and I figure brushing with baking soda is pretty safe, but what about peroxide on a q-tip?
Anyone know what's safe and what isn't when it comes to teeth whitening?
