We've left DD a total of 5 times including the days we were in the hospital having DS, and twice was with my mom and once was with my FIL. We have yet to leave them since DS was born.</p> <p>The two times we've had a babysitter, it was a highschool girl who works at DD's daycare. I just worked really hard to hire a nanny, but now she's out of town for a couple of weeks... Her older (14 years old) daughter watches him when we go out. Typically with her 14 year old cousin. If anything happens they have both moms 5 minutes away. I have another 17 year old on tap if I need to and a friend (27 years old) but she is often too expensive. When she's at school, our pastor's daughter babysits, which is lovely because she's about 20 and still happy to babysit.
