He's in charge of her hair and I'm in charge of everything else. Once she's clean he scoops her up and I wrap her in a towel. But, our little man is in the water a few times a day. If he wakes up early, he showers and gets ready with daddy in the morning. Then depending on my day he may shower with me too. It was the first time he did it by himself. She's 6 months. It wasn't pre-bed so she didn't seem to mind who did it. He has helped- meaning he watched me do it or if I showered with LO (DD #2 LOVED the shower as a baby-sured any fussiness) I would hand her to him before I got out.</p> <p>At first it was because he didn't know what to do, but then he said it felt weird to give her a bath on his own. I took over and she stopped crying. He gets off work at 8pm so he's never home for her 6 o'clock bath time. She never cries when he holds her and she prefers him over me any other time!</p> <p>Oh, and the water was a good temp so I'm not sure why she was so upset!</p> <p>Do you bathe your LO more than your SO? Does your LO like for one parent to give them a bath over the other? </p>
