You didn't miss much lol. I remember when we were on a plane SO always take DS whenever there was a poop incident (or just changing diaper on the plane, in general). We never talked about it and I just shut up about it and let him do it. When he was a very very small baby I actually accidentally clipped him and drew blood. He screamed a bit but fell asleep (naptime) very quickly and thank God the bleeding stopped quickly. I clip all of his toys' nails then I say who else needs their nails cut? And he sometimes says baby or at least doesn't need much convincing. My husband did it once while I was at work and he used his own big man nail clippers and almost took off our baby's thumb. Terrible.
