I also buy for my sister since I only have 1 and she's younger than me. My husband has 5 other siblings and 14 nieces and nephews so that's just WAY TOO MUCH. So we buy 1 gift for each household in his family's case. We stick to a theme. One year it was board games, next year was books, etc. This year since the older kids are in college, we may have to buy them something separately since they're too old for the household gift but would still feel sad if they didn't get anything. We get something for our son, my brother's son, my aunt/godmother, my brother, my cousin's kids. That name-draw gift is almost always just exchanging gift cards so I always try to NOT put gift cards on the list with my name. We get something small--usually something like photo-related (like a mug or photobook) we get using points from Shutterfly or homemade--for our parents and our siblings (we each have one sibling). My sister &amp; mom will be in Europe this year though so I won't give them anything til they get back. Then just for LO and husband and I get small things for each other, or just splurge on something we've been wanting for a while, shared.
