If I am upset at the moment, I will try to contain myself and save my tears for later. Like thinks I am always overreacting and says the exact wrong things. Like say I happen to be crying because my coworkers were talking behind my back and I caught them and they had been super lazy all day making the fat pregnant person pick up all the slack and finally I had had it and broke down and called him crying and all he said is, "You don't need to cry". So ya.... My dad atleast listens and cares and makes it better. Usually if I just need to get it out, it's the shower or I put on a crying movie. Nearly everyone has seen me cry, but if I feel a good one coming on, I just usually cry to my husband.
