My dad and my sister, pretty regularly. My grandparents whenever I see/talk to them. A few of my girlfriends. </p> <p>I don't think I've ever said it to FIL (or MIL when she was alive), or BIL, but I think I've probably said it back to DH's aunt or godmother. They're pretty huggy and we're relatively close.
