I was just culling down my list. Family, friends and some of my parents friends who I figured would like to see a new pic of M. I'd like to cut down on some family but then I know my husband would ask if I sent to so and so, etc. ;)

Ours is split 50-50 between friends and family. We did a massive purge last year because the list was getting out of hand. If we haven't spoken to them within the past year, they were probably dropped {FB doesn't count}.

I just was going through the list from last year and am taking a TON of names off the list. We never get cards from them and honestly, most of those people we haven't seen since our wedding (mostly DH's extended family...). I hope his mom isn't upset that we're taking them off the list but it seems kind of silly to send something if I don't even know if they're getting it. I should add, I don't send MY extended family cards unless they're invested in our lives, so I'm not just doing this on his side because I don't know them as well. It's both sides ;)

Who do you send cards to? How do you decide if someone "doesn't make the cut"?
