I"m so glad he does because he's actually really good at it and I'm too lazy to plan ahead for things like that. He likes researching prices and packages too. He's the more responsible one so I'm always depending on him to do these kinds of tasks. He doesn't mind either. DH was supposed to plan our honeymoon and kept putting it off and was indecisive. I ended up buying our tickets two days before the wedding. I'm indecisive and not picky when it comes to food.</p> <p>Vacation: 1000% me. I'm a total Type A in that I need to make sure I get the best deals and check all travel sites for reviews on things to do, hotel and restaurant reviews, etc. The hubby just agrees or disagrees when I toss out a suggestion. DH hates researching anything extensively and we kind of have to because his work requires him to turn in his vacation days months in advance (by April and we like taking vacations in Feb, so it's wayyy in advance). Taking vacations during the winter works best for us (to escape the cold) so it's well worth finding deals.</p> <p>This upcoming winter, we're thinking about something different - last minute deals! The same thing goes for my travel preferences: I like to do one thing a day, and just enjoy the city and Mrs. Bee's company the rest of the time.</p> <p>Mrs. Bee is much more of a planner, and will research things much more exhaustively. That means we're much less dependent on chance to find something really amazing.</p> <p>I think it's a great combo!
