first morning wakeup & night wakings: DH gets baby, changes diaper and I nurse him in bed. DH transfer baby back to pack n play

feeding: I do all feedings since he's EBF

Diapers: we switch off. DH probably changes more

Clothes: I usually dress him, since DH is clueless

Playing/ watching: we switch off.

Bath time: DH gives him his bath, dries him, puts on his diaper. I take my shower while he does this, then I lotion DS up, put on his jammies, swaddle him and nurse him in bed then transfer him to the pack n play.

My husband gets up with her in the night if she wakes up, and up with her if she wakes up early (like, before 6:30). He makes her pitchers of formula and then makes up her bottles. He also does nearly all of the daycare drop-offs and we split the pick ups. He gets her dressed in the morning usually too.

I always do the bath, evening feed and put her down to sleep. I also usually do her solid food dinner (sit with her, help her eat) although we have an open floorplan so my husband is there too and we talk about our days. I make/prep all her solid foods.

We split changing diapers, although I tend to get stuck with the dreaded morning hell-poop-diaper more often. That’s not my husband’s fault though; I’m pretty sure LO likes to wait until I’ve showered to hit me with that stinkbomb!

I do everything during the day. In the evening, DH makes bottles, and we split bedtime duties 50/50. He also does any night wakings between 2-6am.
For some reason, DH has also ended up being the one who sorts out the clothes that they no longer fit into. He packs them up and puts them away, which is pretty awesome.

DH leaves for work before the kids get up, so on weekdays, I do everything: feeding, getting ready, naps, playing, etc... DH gets home around the end of naptime, and then we usually split duties. Every night we switch off who puts which kids to bed, but usually both of us end up going up to DD's room at least once before she goes to sleep. I take most of DS's night wakings (except we switch off if he's waking up a ton) and DH takes DD's night wakings. On weekends, we mostly switch off on who's doing stuff/versus who is watching the kids.

If both of us are around, we usually divide and conquer; DH takes DD and I take DS.

Haha my DH isn't the best at dressing our daughter either, he once put two different flower patterns on her. I just smiled, and said thank you for getting her dressed! ....and I took her out like that lol, I didn't want to discourage him ;)

I do almost everything since DH works during the day, but at night he will sometimes give her a bath, or do pajamas. On weekends he will get up with her sometimes so I can get a few minutes of sleep but since she nurses for most of her meals still I have to get up. I can't wait until she eats more solids so I can sleep in on the weekends.

When we just had Charlie, Bee did a lot more of the parenting tasks... but now that we have two, it's more balanced.

Morning wakeup: I wake up with Charlie and Bee wakes up with Olive. Charlie usually wakes up first; or actually maybe Olive does, but she nurses in the morning and sometimes goes back down.

Getting kids dressed: We divvy this up. If Bee is making breakfast, I will dress both kids. I don't like to dress Olive though, because I have no fashion sense and then she has to be redressed. Lately I've started browsing Bee's Instagram for outfits that Olive has worn in the past, and then I recreate them. What a huge relief that has been for me.

Feeding: We both feed the kids a lot. They're not good eaters, so it takes a lot of energy to feed them. After they're done eating, we often just want to lie down and sleep for a year. Very stressful.

Daycare dropoffs/pickups (if relevant): We both go to dropoff and pickups! Not really time efficient, but it's one of our favorite parts of the day.

Playing/Watching: We both play/watch the kids a lot. On weekends, Bee gets more play time with the kids b/c I'm cooking. On the weekdays, it's the reverse.

Bathtime: I give Charlie his bath, Bee gives Olive her bath (we will switch it up once Olive is weaned)

Bedtime: I put Charlie to bed, Bee puts Olive to bed.

Wakeups: Charlie doesn't wake up that often, but I usually get him back down. Olive woke up a lot more until recently, and Bee always gets her. On the very rare occasion that I get Olive at night, she is NOT happy!!
