I do try stay away from threads that ask for advice because I have none to give. If I do comment I try to say things like 'I plan to...' and I do usually preface with the fact that I'm not TTC yet. I learned soooo much and picked up some great tips and great book suggestions. So once we were ready to TTC, I felt like I was much more knowledgeable on the subject. We're currently done (for the time being, anyway, never say never)having children (my 11 y/o from a previous relationship, and our 3 y/o together). I can't really relate to much of the ttc, 'cause we didn't have to try for very long, and boom, lol. We're lucky in that respect, I suppose, and my heart goes out to those who are having a difficult time with it. But, again, because we never had trouble, I can't relate. Although I can offer advice on lots of pregnancy topics, milestones that babies reach, breastfeeding and the like, I don't feel like I'd really be coming here to seek any advice. So, maybe not a poser in the same sense, but a little to the left of center from most everything? Lol, idk. I love WB so much, so as mom, I HAD to come over and check out Hellobee, hahaha! Am I right? Do you feel like a poser? I keep trying to curb my desire to answer all the expecting/new moms' questions with things like "well if I *WAS* a mom, I would ________." Although I do have inklings of what I'd probably do based on who I am, I am quite sure--having had several friends with kids--that you really don't know a lot of things you'll do until you *have* that experience. And thus, I feel kinda like a poser in this very mommy community. That said, I absolutely feel lucky to be included here, where I can learn so much from others who are there/have been there, and when it's "my turn," it's great to have all of the moms' knowledge available to me as well as a great community here!
