I always disliked it actually. She was and is a bully when it comes to my father. He is dominant in all aspects of his life except his marriage. I like to think that my hubby and I are more balanced. My mom was, and still is, very much used to letting others make decisions for her. My dad was much more dominant than she was, but he wasn't a bully. Do you see a similar dynamic in your relationship? I think Hubs and I are way more balanced than they were.
