My sons might be a tad larger but its not much. His faces the front of the house though with 2 large windows on that side and one on the side whereas my daughter has only 2 windows, one side one back so not sure if thats a case for either room being more appealing. Sadly this last one is getting the smallest room by a good margin. I'm happy to give up the space to get a (tiny) master bath. </p> <p>Poor DD has a tiny room with a ridiculously small closet. I don't trust her to have a room with a sliding glass door though so baby gets the bigger room.
