He works on the IT side in finance, so he's constantly being headhunted and has the option to move more for salary reasons. </p> <p>I work in public education, so a move is almost always lateral, but I'm ambitious in that I have specific goals for my career (unpaid goals) and I'm doing what I can to get there.
