So this includes family and friends.</p> <p>Some days I need support from HB users who have been through IF, but sometimes I want other support, too. It's a good combination and 98% of the support is all positive.</p> <p>Also, I'm kinda done suffering from IF in private. For me, it's good to be open about it. I've definitely evolved on how open I am about IF. I was so scared the first time I posted last April for IF awareness.
