Daycare is right by my work, which is about 30 minutes from home. DH takes the train or rides his bike to work in the opposite direction. Right now it is fine becuase my work situation makes it much closer and more convenient on the days that I do it. </p> <p>Later this month my work situation is going to be changing and we're bickering about how to handle it. Sweetie currently only does daycare duty on teleworking days and and insists that he "can't" be responsible for the baby in the morning and also get ready for work. What does he think I do on the 3 mornings per week that I go directly from daycare to work?! I don't mind too much, except that we have a big work from home culture that I don't get to take advantage of. And when my husband complains (very occasionally) about cooking dinner almost every night, and I think--well, you have literally never done daycare except for the two weeks you were home after I gave birth! I don't work, so it's no biggie, but if I eventually work again I'll still have to figure it out because DH's availability won't be changing. </p>
