@yellowbird: PDFs made in Photoshop are generally huge. If there's no color, you can always change the file to grayscale to cut down on file size. Make sure it's flattened too. That can contribute to file size. And if the dpi (under image size) in Photoshop is 300 or more, that will make it big. In summary, flatten it, change to BW or RGB (if you have color), and reduce dpi to 150 to cut down on file size.

@yellowbird: When you are looking at the JPEG in photoshop, what is the DPI and document size? I wonder if your document size is super huge but 72 dpi.

@yellowbird: what are you using to convert it? What size is the original photo? Have you tried an online conversion site like http://www.convert-jpg-to-pdf.net/?

@yellowbird: How big is the image? Are you looking at it in Photoshop? Photoshop PDFs can be huge. If it's not sensitive information, I can look at it for you if you want.

I have an image that i need to be in PDF format, but the file size can only be 1mb. When i convert it regular style it comes out to 2.5 MB, if i click to convert to a small file size it's super blurry and only about 500kb. What do i do!?
