I think there are a lot of young families, but a lot of elderly people to. Our neighborhood is all apartments so it is fairly dense with people coming and going. Young families with babies, families with young teens, old retired folks, college students. It's definitely predominantly caucasian. You see a lot more diversity out in the suburbs. The houses were all built in 1967, so it's a mix of mostly the original owners and slowly young couples are moving in who are buying them from the original owners (which is what we did).
