I made a loaf of paleo/GF banana bread last night so we had two slices with butter for breakfast and DS had a bunch of berries.</p> <p>I usually make breakfasts during the week (which is usually just a green smoothie). I refuse to get up in the middle of the night so he's on his own, I always keep leftovers so he usually eats that. He can't eat eggs so most breakfast foods are out anyway and a bowl of cereal doesn't cut it when he won't get a break for 12 hours so he eats hamburgers, steak, etc.</p> <p>I make myself breakfast if I choose to eat it. DH isn't a big egg person, so it cuts down on what I would be able to make as a big nice breakfast. Occasionally I'll do pancakes, bacon, etc. but he feels bad eating big like that, so we just make our own individual (very small) breakfasts. I have to eat a small breakfast anyway with the GD. Plus I'm usually awake way earlier than DH on the weekends because he works late Friday nights during the school year.
