Like @honeybear we are bedding minimalists so it is pretty easy. @betsyboop: We have to have the bed made before going to sleep too! If it doesn't get made during the day, I make it (straighten the sheets and quilt) before we go to bed. I think that's true of a lot of smaller spaces (around 1000 sq ft or less). When we wash our sheets it gets made and at night before bed we pull the blankets up. When I stay at my grandma's my bed gets made every morning. It is an unspoken rule there. Sometimes, I'm lazy or hit the snooze button too many times, so I don't have time to make it before I have to leave. On the weekends, we usually don't make the bed since that's when the sheets get changed.
