I had the Beaba, but wasn't a big fan of the food processor part, so ended up just using my mini food processor. This also allowed me to make several different types of food without having to clean up in between. I used a normal ice cube tray and froze a lot, so I could make a few batches a week.

My favorite containers for having a days worth in the fridge and for sending to the nanny are the Wean Green line. I still use them for sending food, even though we are pretty much all finger foods now. https://www.weangreen.com/default.aspx

I used an immersion blender and 1/2 cup Glad containers...ice cubes were quickly too small, but I was feeding twins! I liked the glad containers because I still use them for snacks, nuts, salad dressings to take to work, etc. Super useful to have lots of them. Loved Annabel Karmel's book and followed it; recipes are divided by age range and the purees get chunkier as you move on. http://www.amazon.com/Top-Baby-Purees-Annabel-Karmel/dp/0743289579/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1417818494&sr=8-1&keywords=annabel+karmel+purees

We used Baby Brezza food maker. I loved it because it steams and blends in one. Super easy! I used OXO containers for freezing.

I used our regular magic bullet and then poured into the OXO tot baby food freezer tray. They were SO easy to pop out once frozen. I originally had the munchkin freezer cube tray and they were such a PITA to get food out

Then I would defrost them in the OXO tot containers.

I still use the containers all the time now when packing DDs lunch for daycare. They are leakproof, easy to snap on, perfect size for small portions, and fit easily on the included tray.

I used a beaba and an ice cube tray for my first. But, for my second, I just used a small food processor and a pressure cooker. The pressure cooker is so much easier than a beaba and can cook so much more. I just stick a whole butternut squash or several sweet potatoes and BAM! all done in 10 mins.

I used a Beaba and the OXO block containers for storage. I didn't really ever make very much at a time because I preferred to just refrigerate for a couple days and give LO bits of our own "grown up" food instead of all purees and freezing.

I did for our first - agree we just used regular cookware, our immersion blender, and ice cube trays. I liked having separate ones for milk and baby food since they can get a bit stained (and who wants ice that tastes like carrots?!) - I bought bigger trays so that 1 cube = a serving

DH does (he's the cook in our family!). He uses a steamer and then our normal blender or food processor, and then we have Oxo brand 2-oz containers--we freeze some and keep some in the fridge for individual portions. We take the oxo containers to and from daycare now too--they double well as good portable lunch containers!

We have the beaba and I love it. Our LO is almost 14 months and I still use it to steam her veggies and make applesauce. We could have just used a regular steamer and our food processor, but I liked that the beaba was small enough to leave on the counter all the time.

We did! I just used a fork to mash things, or sometimes a grater for fresh fruits. The food processor worked better the two times I used it, but for me it was a pain because we have a small kitchen and nowhere to keep it or dry all the parts.

I make my own baby food sometimes. If I have leftover veggies or I sometimes I'll buy a big bag of frozen ones and microwave and puree. I use a small KitchenAid food processor (http://www.loewshotels.com/d/don-cesar/Accommodations/LDON_53741190_Bayview_King_Guestroom_2200x1467_150dpi.jpg) and silicone trays (http://www.amazon.com/Beaba-913145-BEABA-Multiportions-Containers/dp/B0027UYT4O/ref=sr_1_12?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1417801164&sr=1-12&keywords=silicone+baby+food+freezer+trays). I like the silicone because it's easy to clean and easy to get the food out of, but I wish the portions were smaller or differently shaped. We use the take n toss bowls for DS and a full cube of food doesn't really fit in them.

I've used the Beaba Babycook and the Magic Bullet. Honestly, both those options suck. I would really like a real food processor. It would be a lot easier to puree food if I had one. I highly suggest a small cuisinart at the very least.

I did, and am going to again. I just used my blender (Vitamix) and froze them in ice cube trays. Once frozen I would pop them out into a freezer bag. I did one large batch every weekend, so I was only doing one fruit/veggie a week, but made enough for several weeks. That way I would have a variety in the freezer, but not having to spend too much time in the kitchen!
