I am a SAHM so I am with the kids 24/7. My husband can't ever answer the questions like diet, fluid intake, sleep. He took our twins for their last check up. I was home with our new born. He ended up calling me and letting the nurse just talk to me. She laughed at him and said he wasn't the first dad to not know how many veggies the kids eat</p> <p>If you have trouble remembering things you can try tasking a notebook. I have one for doctors visits do I can write down their height and weight. For routine checkups we both try to go. If my son gets sick in the middle of the day I typically take him only because his daycare is closer to my work. He wanted to be there to make sure everything was ok, and he liked asking the doctor questions himself because I tend to forget things. But now I just take her myself. He can't keep skipping work to take LO, especially since I'm home with her anyway. </p>
