Their house is still babyproofed (my sis is only 13, and my cousins are as young as 3 and my parents babysit them regularly). AND they follow our style of parenting.</p> <p>My ILs don't believe in bedtimes, or anything. My mom is here every weekday since I WFH, so she is capable of taking care of them and usually does things the way we prefer. My mom has been the full time daycare for our 3 nieces for the last 10 years, is a nurse and is very young at heart.
