Learned some massage and relaxation techniques, as well as some counterpressure methods. Sunday we did some more comfort measures, as well as talked over different labor scenarios, postpartum care, and breastfeeding. I learned so much and it was so great being in the company of other kindred spirits! AND I have a whole manual to read yet that's going to give me so much more information!
